Files auto-deletedBank statements are deleted within 24 hours. Bills are kept until their entry is sent to Tally, then deleted after 30 days, unless the bill link is in the Tally narration.
Never used to train modelsWe do not use the contents of your documents to train machine-learning models. Our document-reading providers may not either.
Restricted accessProduction data is limited to authorised people, with two-factor authentication on our admin panel and an audit log of admin actions.
Hashed passwords, encrypted tokensPasswords are stored as one-way hashes. Tally and Zoho connection tokens are stored encrypted.
BackupsAccount data is backed up regularly, with restricted access.

Only the providers we need.
We share data only with service providers who help us run Relievv, only to the extent needed, and under confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Email info@relievv.in from your registered address. We acknowledge within 24 hours and respond within 7 days.
